Our Work

LOV Inc. is a small but rapidly growing nonprofit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin. Our mission is to unite people with developmental disabilities and their families to engage and build their best lives. LOV Inc. offers one-on-one programming through the Bridge Builder Project, and learning events, workshops, and social activities. Through its Latino Family Navigator Project and Tribal Family Navigator Project, LOV Inc. provides culturally-responsive programs and support to address disparities. Across all of its projects and programming, LOV Inc. is committed to building equity and inclusion for people with disabilities.

Our Team

We value creative, compassionate, and team-oriented people who care deeply about disability justice. Our dedicated staff is focused on doing the best work we can each day. 

Employees working half-time or more have access to great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, paid time off, and pet insurance. Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) receive all of those benefits plus 401(k), flex spending, and health savings account options.

Our Culture

We are a collaborative group and promote work/life balance through a flexible, casual, friendly work environment. We place a high value on the well-being of our staff.

All employees are given the flexibility to work in the office when necessary and from home when necessary. All employees have some control over their schedule. We have some evening and weekend events throughout the year.
