Consulting Services

You Want

More accessible and inclusive spaces for people with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) so they can thrive and we all can benefit from richer, more diverse communities.

So Do We.

You Need

Resources and knowledge to support those with an IDD in growing their independence, increasing community participation, and developing a full, enriching life.

We Have That.

Let’s work together to build a stronger
and more inclusive future for everyone.

Our Approach

LOV Inc. is a successful family led nonprofit working to maximize inclusion and independence for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs). Stefanie Primm, Executive Director and consultant, pulls from lived experience and professional expertise to help families and organizations increase community inclusion and accessibility for those with an IDD, allowing these individuals to meet their goals and thrive.

Driven by our vision of a world where all people are contributing members of their communities, we take a person-centered, customized approach with each consulting project. Our goal is to create sustainably inclusive cultures that value everyone and invite full community participation.

Our Expert

Stefanie Primm, Executive Director, has a brother with autism and has always been motivated to understand him and make sure his life is what he wants it to be. This lived experience led her to the field of Human Development and Family Studies, earning a BS in 2005, and then Social Work, earning an MSW in 2008. During graduate school she interned and then worked at UW-Madison’s Waisman Center, where she received training in community organizing, person-centered planning, employment development, and supported living. At Waisman Stefanie began working with families of adults with disabilities, which grew into building a family network and designing programming for adults with disabilities. In 2018, this group spun off to become LOV Inc., the nonprofit she runs today. Since then, Stefanie has had additional training in business management, supervision, and fundraising.
